This issue of Pour le fédéralisme - Fédéchoses has been designed by the same team as all our issues since the journal resumed its quarterly publication (No. 184, March 2020), after having become quadrimonthly (No. 176, September 2017) following four deaths in one year among its editors : two co-founders (Michel Morin and Jean-Luc Prevel) and two of its main authors, federalists since 1946 (Jean-Pierre Gouzy and Bernard Lesfargues). It is built around the same framework, with a Focus, a Féd’Actualités, an interview (this month with Hervé Moritz, elected president of the European Movement in France in December, whom we congratulate), and our usual sections : Mon p’tit doigt Fédéchoses, La théorie du fédéralisme, Fédé’femmes, Bibliographie and Nouvelles de nos publications...

AND THEREFORE, this issue is UNIQUE : THE LAST of our 49th YEAR OF PUBLICATION !

To celebrate this half-century, and to prepare for that of the Presse fédéraliste in 2028, the entire collections of Fédéchoses and Carnet d’Europe - Lettre d’actualité européenne (1998-2022) will be online at www.pressefederaliste.eu by the end of 2023. In addition, the UEF France having just set up a valuable scientific council, whose composition we are publishing, we will endeavour to open our columns to its members and to its debates, in order to tackle new subjects and to further improve the interest of our publications.
